The instant criminal misc. petition has been preferred by the complainant-petitioner seeking directions to the Investigating Agency for conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.310/2020 registered with the Police Station Khairthal, District Bhiwadi for the offence under Section 302 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after investigation in the matter, final report negative has been submitted before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Kishangarbas on 21.01.2021. Hence, under these circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. [2026:RJ-JP:10709] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-5766/2020] 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
