PP …...... 11 /23.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 111(2)(ii), 111(3), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 304(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the Information and Technology Amendment Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The allegation against this petitioner and co-accused, namely, Md. Samir Ansari is of committing cybercrime. 5. From the impugned order, I find that the case of Md. Samir Ansari and this petitioner stands on similar footing and the fact that Md. Samir Ansari has been granted bail by the coordinate bench of this Court in BA No. 8866 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025. Further charge has already been framed, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional 2026:JHHC:8059 2 Sessions Judge-II cum Cyber Crime, Giridih in connection with Giridih (Cyber) PS Case No. 21 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand with a further condition that the petitioner shall appear and mark his attendance before the Registrar, Civil Court, Giridih once in a month till disposal of the trial. 6.
