The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from January 2026. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.20333 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19546 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. 4.
