This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non- compliance of the order dated 30.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.11745 of 2022. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing learned counsel for the Parties, this Contempt Petition is disposed of by granting one month further time to the Opp. Party- Contemnor to comply with the order passed on 30.07.2025.
