2026:JHHC:5874 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 516 of 2026 --------- Ravi Pal, aged about 29 years, son of Anil Pal, Resident of Qr. No-Arch Type, Near Allumunium Quarter, Bhaga No-4, Amla Tanr, P.O.-Bhaga, P.S. Jharia, District: Dhanbad, Jharkhand. ....Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand. ....Opp. Party --------- CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN --------- For the Petitioner : Mr. Suman Kumar, Advocate For the Opp. Party : Mr. Manoj Kr. Mishra, A.P.P. --------- 03/Dated:-27.02.2026 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Section 69 of B.N.S. in connection with Chas (Mahila) P.S. Case No.15/2025 pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class-cum-Civil Judge, Jr. Div., Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12.11.2025; as such, he may be released on bail. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there are direct, specific, and very serious allegations against the petitioner and if the petitioner will be released, there is every chance that he may tamper with the evidence. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge this petitioner on bail at this stage, however, the petitioner may renew its bail application after six months. 6. Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed. (Deepak Roshan, J.) FEBRUARY 27, 2026 vikas/- uploaded 27.02.2026
