1. This is plaintiff's petition.
2. In the suit filed by plaintiff, an application for grant of temporary injunction was moved which was allowed by trial court. According to petitioner, the order of temporary injunction has been violated by defendants. An application has been filed before the court, which is pending consideration. From perusal of the application, it is clear that this is not an application under Order XXXIX Rule 2A CPC.
3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents. In case, any application is filed under Order XXXIX Rule 2A CP within 10 days from today, the trial court shall proceed with the same and decide the same, within a period of two months from the date of filing of the application.
4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
