Side) submits that the petitioner, while regularly complying with the condition No.8(iii), by reporting before the F2 Egmore Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., has failed to file an undertaking affidavit before the respondent Police along with the sureties that he will not involve in any offence in future and he will appear before the concerned trial Court for trial in other cases pending against him without fail. 3. Since the petitioner has failed to file an undertaking affidavit before the respondent police, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
