02 /06.01.2026: Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and
learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2. By filing this writ petition the petitioner has prayed to disburse the CMPF amount which the father of this petitioner is entitled to receive, but has not been paid.
3. Today, the CMPF authorities appeared and submits on instruction that very recently the petitioner has furnished his succession certificate and the respondents thereafter are in the process of making payment which will take four weeks’ time.
4. Considering the said submission of the respondents, I dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the respondents to

ensure releasing the CMPF amount of late Kartik Manjhi @ late Kartika Manjhi @ late Katika Manjhi to the owner of the succession certificate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
