At this stage, learned senior counsel requests that liberty be granted to the appellant to challenge the subsequent work orders issued by the Director, Directorate of Housing, Government of Meghalaya, based on the 2024 tender. We make it clear that the appellant is always at liberty to file appropriate proceeding, as may be maintainable and in accordance with law, before the appropriate forum.
