Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2025 in connection with Madhupur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of learned ACJM, Madhupur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that the petitioner along with others had lifted away Rs. 1,64,25,250/- along with Gold packets weighing 2200 grams and Rs. 3,05,000/- from the customers and the petitioner was seen in the CCTV footage and upon his confessional statement, there is recovery from the house of Anand Raj. 5. Considering the serious nature of allegation against the petitioner and that the petitioner has been identified in the CCTV footage, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
