Call for the LCR regulation/resolution/proceedings dated: 05-12-2018 passed by the Respondent No.3 and also the order dated: 05-02-2019 passed by the Respondent No.4 in No.Boo.Gra.Pan.Kaa/54/18-19 and quash the above resolution/order vide Annexure 'N & S' respectively by issuing the Writ of Certiorari. b. Direct the Respondent No.3 & 4 to enter/restore the names of the petitioners in respect of Khata Numbers. 390/A, 115/A, & 597 situated Handrahalli village, Budigere Grama Panchayath, Devanahalli Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. c. To pass any such other orders as deems fit to this Hon'ble Court of the above said situations & circumstances by issuing any other Writs in the interest of justice and equity. 2. After arguing for sometime, the counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the above matter by availing the alternative appellate remedy available. 3. Considering that an interim order has been granted in favour of the petitioners and the above matter has been - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:3224 WP No. 43798 of 2019 listed after a long period of time, I am of the considered opinion that such request of the petitioners could be accepted. As such, the above petition stands disposed permitting the petitioners to file necessary appeal, which shall be filed on or before 10.02.2026. If such appeal is filed, the *Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the said appeal and pass necessary orders thereon as expeditiously as possible as also consider the request for interim order, if made. The interim order earlier granted is extended till the consideration of the application by the *Respondent No.3, subject to appeal being filed by *20.2.2026.
