In this backdrop, these proceedings are closed, but with the observation that consequential benefits be released in favour of the petitioner, within a period of two months from today. In case, if needful is not done within a period of two months weeks from today by the Authority concerned, then the petitioner shall be at liberty to move an application for revival of these proceedings and Registry shall not insist upon the application being accompanied by the affidavit of the petitioner.
