On the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, C.R.M. (A) 3362 of 2026 is dismissed as not pressed so far as the petitioner no. 2 is concerned as he stands arrested. Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioners are involving in running an organization which is not authorized by law. Activities of such organization apparently resonate in the public domain. Considering the gravity of the offences and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident as transpiring from the materials on record in the case diary, I am not minded to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 1, 3 2 and 4 and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 is rejected.
