Case No.11 of 2024 (S.T. No.18 of 2025) registered for the offences punishable under Section 103 (1) and 238 (b) of the B.N.S., 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that on 16.08.2024, the uncle of the informant was missing and during the course of the investigation, the dead body of the uncle of the informant was lying in the village on 19.08.2024. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of the confessional statement of Maheshwar Pradhan and Vishnu Pradhan who have already been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 16.12.2024 and 10.02.2025 passed in BA No. 10618 of 2024 and BA No. 1062 of 2025 respectively. It is also submitted that the co-accused namely Krishna Aman @ Krishana Aman has already been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 11.06.2025 passed in B.A. No.3905 of 2025. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 09.10.2025 as has been mentioned in para-07 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1 at West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur-Chaibasa in connection with Karaikela P.S. Case No.11 of 2024 (S.T. No.18 of 2025) with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case, furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
