ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3476 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis of 2026 dated 19.02.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders”. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 05.06.2026. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3476 of 2026 dated 19.02.2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
