Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13268 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.836 of 2025 ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10321 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.836 of 2025 dated 26.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and also to file an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties before the respondent that he will not involved in any offence in future and he will be available during the final hearing of the appeal.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition, by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for nearly 79 days and also filed an undertaking affidavit before the respondent Police. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10321 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.836 of 2025 dated 26.03.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.
