Court even after giving details of the properties to the Official Liquidator.
d. Direct the respondents to hand over all the books and records of the Company.
2. The aforesaid CA No.238/2024 has been filed on account of the winding up of the company ordered in COP No.231/2011. The company having been taken up the winding up order on appeal in OSA No.8/2024, the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.09.2025 has set aside the order of winding up by allowing the Original Side Appeal. In that view of the matter CA No.238/2024 would not survive for
consideration, as such dismissed.
3. Re-list COP No.231/2011 on 30.01.2026.
4.
Learned counsel for the official liquidator submits that the official liquidator has not been made aware of the order passed in the OSA. In that view of the matter, I am of the considered opinion that it would be appropriate for the official liquidator to also be onboarded onto the Court Case Monitoring System (CCMS). If an application is made by the official liquidator, Registrar General is
directed to consider the same and onboard the Official
