Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with. 3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that already a compliant has been received as against the petitioner from his wife who is the 3rd respondent herein. The petitioner is cold heartedly refusing to return 40 Sovereign gold jewellery belonging to his wife. In this regard, he is called for enquiry, for which he has come before this Court by way of this writ petition. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. 6. In this regard, the 2nd respondent is directed to put the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent on notice under Section 64 BNSS. The petitioner is directed to hand over all the jewellery and whatever articles belonging to the 3rd respondent which is in his possession, to the 3rd respondent before the 2nd respondent police on 17.07.2026. 7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 8.
