P SUBASH The Court made the following: 3 VS,J C.C.No.3806 of 2023 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.18607 of 2015 on 23.11.2022, wherein this Court passed the following order: “….to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to consider the complaint filed by the petitioner on 13.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if not passed, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order...” 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the contemnors/respondents has furnished a copy of Memo No.REV01-LANAOCOUC/1719/2023-SECY-LANDS, dated 01.09.2023, which was issued in compliance with the order dated 23.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18607 of 2015. 3. In view of the above, since the orders of this Court have been complied with, though with a delay, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the said Memo dated 01.09.2023, if he is aggrieved by the same. There shall be no order as to costs.
