Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the contemnors/respondents has furnished a copy of Memo No.REV01-LANAOCOUC/1719/2023-SECY-LANDS, dated 01.09.2023, which was issued in compliance with the order dated 23.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18607 of 2015. 3. In view of the above, since the orders of this Court have been complied with, though with a delay, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the said Memo dated 01.09.2023, if he is aggrieved by the same.
