CRL MP(MD). No.12797 of 2026 petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD) No.3699/2026 in Crl.OP(MD) No. 2428/2026 dated 18.02.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders and shall appear before the trial Court on all hearings without fail”.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for more than 90 days.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD) No.3699/2026 in Crl.OP(MD) No. 2428/2026 dated 18.02.2026, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court for all hearing dates without fail.
