The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner engaged the victim girl, who is aged about 14 years, for the purpose of domestic help and taking advantage on her, repeatedly, the petitioner has committed penetrative sexual assault on her, which is resulted in her pregnancy. Thereafter, the victim girl reported the same to her family members and after medical examination, the case was registered. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and that, to affect his reputation in the village, the complaint was lodged belatedly and, without proper enquiry, the case has been registered. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent Police, reiterated the case of the prosecution and submitted that after the girl became pregnant, she revealed the incident to her family members and thereafter, a medical examination was conducted and the case was registered. He further submitted that the fetus has been removed and sent for DNA analysis and hence, the investigation is pending. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 6.
