Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised in the present petition is limited to the prayer for the issuance of a direction to the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) Appellate Tribunal to expeditiously decide the contempt petition filed by the petitioner, which is presently pending consideration therein. 3.
