Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2025 in connection with Kurdeg P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025, registered under Section 69 & 89 of B.N.S., now pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. The FIR has been instituted in the year 2025 by the victim aged 24 years that since the year 2016 the petitioner has been making physical relationship with the victim and she became pregnant 3-4 times and the petitioner got her forcefully aborted. In the year 2021 the petitioner took her to Gujarat where they lived as husband and wife and after returning when the victim asked the petitioner to marry, he and his family members refused saying that they belong to a different caste. Thereafter, on 01.04.2025 the petitioner forcefully made physical relationship with the victim and she was pregnant. 4. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the case is of adolescence love affair. 5. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the victim is the informant in the present case and there is direct allegation 2 against the petitioner. 6. Considering the serious nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. 7. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. 8.
