Munir for the petitioner Rubul Hussain who has filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with prayer for pre- arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Changsari P.S. Case Page No.# 2/2 No. 16/2026 under Sections 75/64/62/351(2) of the BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. B. Sharma for the respondent State and Mr. A. Mena for the informant i.e., the father of the victim. 3. It is submitted that the respondent has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. 4. It is submitted that this is a family dispute. This petition is registered under Sections 75/64/62/351(2) of the BNS, 2023. 5. Case Diary is received and is scrutinized. 6. It is submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has been recorded. 7. Considering the submissions at the Bar and considering the submission that the victim is now staying with him and her in-laws, the interim order dated 05.03.2026 is hereby made absolute. 8.
