Such sale is stated to be illegal and violative of provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982; the Societies Registration Act, 1860; the A.P. Societies Registration Act, 2001; the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988; and the Registration Act, 1908. 2 W.P.(PIL) No.140 of 2026 2. Keeping in view the nature of averments in writ petition, it is considered appropriate at this stage to direct respondent No.3 to look into allegations at the first instance and, if necessary, place this matter before respondent No.2 for appropriate action. 3. Matter be considered by authorities after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned stakeholders as well as petitioner. A decision be taken by way of speaking order to be passed expeditiously and definitely within a period of three (3) months. It is clarified that there is no expression of opinion on merits of the matter. 4. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
