According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, all the sworn statements have been taken on the side of the complainant and the respondents in the private complaint have also appeared and filed their counter. He further submits that the pre-cognizance enquiry has been completed and it was posted for orders on 16.10.2025. From the said date onwards, it has been adjourned for nearly 10 occasions for passing of orders and so far orders have not been passed. 3.
