The 2nd accused has also complied with the condition by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for nearly 37 days, however, he was absent for 2 days. It is further submitted that the petitioners have failed to file undertaking affidavit before the respondent Police that they will not indulge in any further offence. 3. Since the petitioners have failed to file an undertaking affidavit before the respondent police, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
