ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7287 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2026 dated 30.04.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for NDPS Act cases, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders”. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 11.05.2026. 3. Considering the above submissions and though the petitioner is complying with the conditions from 11.05.2026, to ensure the presence of the petitioner for trial, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7287 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for NDPS Act cases, Madurai, once in a week, i.e., every Tuesday at 10.30 AM until further orders. 4.
