Bang, learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently the prayer for liberty to file afresh was not made, though in sum and substance, the matter has been withdrawn to allow for correction of certain defects. Mr. P.T. Sangma, learned counsel for the respondent/Opposite Party (Petitioner in the main case) has no objection. In this view of the matter, the order dated 07.05.2026, is modified to the extent that liberty be granted to the applicant to put in a fresh application.
