Suresh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 13. [2] By the present MC(Cont. Cas(C)) No. 41 of 2026 & MC(Cont. Cas(C)) No. 103 of 2025, the petitioners/applicants pray for impleading new incumbent Accountant General (A&E), Manipur as respondent no. 13 and the Commissioner (Hr. & Technical Education), Govt. of Manipur as respondent no. 12 in main contempt petition being Cont. Cas(C) No. 13 of 2025. [3] This Court is of the view that the presence of the new incumbent Accountant General (A&E), Manipur and the Commissioner (Hr. & Technical Education), Govt. of Manipur will be necessary for the disposal of the main contempt petition. [4] Accordingly, MC(Cont. Cas(C)) No. 41 of 2026 and MC(Cont. Cas(C)) No. 103 of 2025 are allowed and disposed of by impleading ‘Shri Hari Prakash, IAS, Accountant General (A&E), Manipur, Babupara, P.O. & P.S.
