Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl.P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioners, namely, namely, Abul Kalam, Md. Baharul Islam, Abdul Kalam and Habiur Rahman, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhing P.S Case No. 309/2025 registered under Sections 189(2)/329(3)/87/76/117(2) of the BNS, 2023. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Dhing P.S Case No. 309/2025, vide Charge-Sheet No. 35/2026, dated 13.02.2026. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for their regular bail in said Dhing P.S Case No. 309/2025. Page No.# 3/3 The interim bail, granted to the present petitioners may be extended for another fifteen (15) days, enabling them to appear before the learned Trial Court below, with a regular bail application.
