Learned counsel for petitioner submits that at this stage she is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking permission of this Court to submit fresh comprehensive representation before Respondents No. 1, 2 & 3 and further direction be issued to the concerned authority to consider and take 2 / 2 decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 2. Learned counsel for the respective respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, they are having no objection. 3. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is dispose of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation before Respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3 and if such representation is submitted, the concerned authorities shall consider and decide the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 4.
