SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 10.02.2026 made in W.P(MD)No.91 of 2026. 2.The first respondent has also filed a Caveat. Unfortunately the learned counsel for caveator/first respondent is not present. However, the learned counsel would be heard before any orders are passed in the miscellaneous petition seeking stay. 3.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that owing to administrative reasons the delay had occurred. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed.
