Till date, only one witness has been examined in the present case, although, the prosecution has relied upon 15 witnesses to prove its case. Therefore, learned advocate prays for bail on any stringent condition. State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that 1.037 kg of Yaba Tablets were recovered in the present case and all efforts would be exerted to take the trial to its logical conclusion. Be that as it may, I direct the prosecution to complete three independent seizure list witnesses within a period of four months from the next date fixed. 2 At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. The petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid time period is over. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 2065 of 2026 is dismissed.
