The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was running an authorised e-seva centre and taking advantage of the access to various personal informations, he started to issue various bogus Birth Certificate, also bogus adhar card, etc. The Tahsildar concerned has suo motu inspected the centre and found that the various malpractices have been done by the petitioner along with other accused. Hence, the complaint has been lodged. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is only the employee of the e-seva centre. He is ready to co-operate with the investigation. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Counsel for the State of TN (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that examination of A1 reveals that several transactions has been taken place for issuance of bogus Birth Certificate, etc. The materials that are used for fabrication of documents such as bogus seals have been recovered. Investigation is in preliminary stage. Considering the fact that the petitioner having access to the various personal datas, involved in malpractices, more particularly issuing bogus Birth Certificate to a candidate by reducing his age more than two years, investigation is in initial stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
