JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER Date : 27-04-2026 Heard Mr. K Mira, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. SMT Chistie, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education Department. [2] Having regard to the nature of grievance projected by the petitioner, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at this motion stage itself. [3] The petitioner is aggrieved for non-finalisation of the complaint submitted by him regarding the date of joining of the respondent No. 5 without there being any verification of her documents. It is seen that a hearing was scheduled to be held on 27.02.2026 requiring the Headmaster of the School, the President and members of the School Management and Development Committee (SMDC) as well as the petitioner himself as per the notice issued by the Inspector of Schools, KDC, Amingaon. Since the same has not culminated into a decision, the petitioner is before this Court. [4] Upon perusal of the contents of the writ petition, this Court finds the writ petition to be pre-mature. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Inspector of Schools, KDC, Amingaon with appropriate representation requesting the said authority to Page No.# 3/3 finalise the complaint submitted by him. If such a representation is submitted by the petitioner within a period of 10 (ten) days from today, the said authority shall look into the matter and pass appropriate orders as deemed fit and proper within a period of 1 (one) month. It is also provided herein that the respondent authorities would also have to hear the version of the respondent No. 5 before passing any order, which may adversely affect the interest of the respondent No. 5.
