As the learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo vide USR No.10426 of 2026 stating that he has given up his Vakalat in the year 2023, this Court directed the Registry to issue notices to the petitioners. Accordingly, notices on petitioner Nos.1 and 3 were served on 11.02.2026. However, the notice on petitioner No.2 was returned with an endorsement “died”. 3. A perusal of the relief sought in the writ petition discloses that the petitioners have sought a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to refrain from registering any sale deed, mortgage, gift deed or any other document creating encumbrance by respondent Nos.4 to 10 in respect of the schedule properties covered by O.S.No.134 of 1986 and A.S.No.1081 of 1998. 4. In view of the above facts and having regard to the relief sought in the writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ JUSTICE V.SUJATHA Dated: 01.07.2026 KGR Whether the order is : Speaking ✓ Yes/No Reasoned Yes/No Reportable Yes/No Non-Reportable ✓ Yes/No
