Mr. Shiv Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned Dy.A.G. for the State. 3. By the instant writ petition the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to pass an appropriate order to conduct the fresh election of society namely Mussoorie Press Club, Mussoorie, District Dehradun as per the bylaws of the Society. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to take an appropriate decision on the representation/complaint made by the petitioner on 20.11.2025. (contained as Annexure No. 7). 4. The petitioner is the member of the Mussoorie Press Club and made certain complaint against respondent no. 3, which is still pending for consideration. He also submits that the tenure of the Committee of the Club has already been expired, despite this no fresh election has been held. 5. Since, the petitioner already made a complaint to the respondent no. 2 on 20.11.2025 and the same has not been decided so far, in such view of the matter the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2025 by a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing also within a period of three weeks from the date of certified copy of this order. 6.
