This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. On perusal of the impugned order dated 02.09.2025 at Annexure-7, further taking note of the postal tracking report obtained by the Petitioner pursuant to an RTI application, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the present CMP application by granting liberty to the petitioner to raise the issue before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Talcher within ten days from today. 3. In such eventuality, the learned trial court shall reconsider the order dated 02.09.2025 in the light of postal tracking report dated 26.02.2026. Further, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move an application before the learned trial court with a prayer for early disposal of the final decree proceeding, which is pending since long. In the event any such application is moved and subject to the convenience of the learned trial court, necessary steps be taken for Page 2 of 2. early disposal of the suit. Parties are directed to cooperate with the learned trial court and they shall not take any unnecessary adjournments. 4.
