Through the present Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner assails the correctness of order dated 06.01.2026, passed in M.A./5500/2025 in O.A./4719/2025, whereby the learned Central Administrative Tribunal refused to stay This is a digitally signed order. the transfer order and grant any interim relief to the Petitioner.
4. Undisputedly, Original Application filed by the Petitioner is pending before the learned Tribunal.
5. On 09.01.2026, learned counsel representing the Petitioner relied upon a copy of the alleged Transfer Policy (Annexure-P7).

Learned counsel representing the Govt. of NCT of Delhi submits that the document which is annexed as Annexure-P7 is not part of any official document issued by the State, and in fact, is an AI generated document.

Learned counsel representing the Petitioner is unable to dispute this fact at this juncture.
8. In such circumstances, considering that the Petitioner has been transferred from one office to another within the city of Delhi, this Court does not find it appropriate to interfere with the impugned
order.
9. Needless to say, the learned Tribunal shall proceed to decide the matter uninfluenced by the impugned order or the present order.
10. The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
