Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with Kakatpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 136 of 2025 pending in the file of learned JMFC, Kakatpur on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the F.I.R. as at Annexure-1. Recorded the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties. The petitioner had earlier approached in ABLAPL No. 1917 of 2025 disposed of on 28th February, 2025 but was denied bail. It is submitted to the Court that on account of previous animosity, the F.I.R. has been lodged. Recorded the objection of State and learned counsel for the informant. In view of the earlier order in the ABLAPL being of the year 2025 and in the meantime, one year has elapsed, this Court though not in favour of granting the pre-arrest bail but is of the view that he should be directed to p. 2 surrender before the learned court below to seek regular bail by the following order. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court concerned within a fortnight from today and moves an application for regular bail, it is directed that the same shall be considered by learned JMFC, Kakatpur in connection with Kakatpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 136 of 2025 during the first hour and in the event of rejection, he shall approach the Sessions Court for orders on the same day during second hours itself. 6.
