ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8584 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act cases, at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 04.05.2026. 3. Considering the above submission and though the petitioner is complying with the conditions from 04.05.2026, since the case is pending trial and the evidence of the Investigating Officer is yet to be recorded, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8584 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act cases, at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, once in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
