The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 14.03.2023 vide Annexure ‘A’, whereby the representation submitted by the petitioner to the Commissioner of Public Instructions to continue the grant, was rejected by respondent No.3 on the ground that there is a deficiency in the infrastructure and there are no students for the Academic Year 2022-2023. 2. As the Academic Year 2022-23 is already completed, in view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and the writ petition has rendered infructuous. 3.
