Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Shiksha Karmi, Grade-I vide order KRISHNA KUMAR BARVE Digitally signed by KRISHNA KUMAR BARVE Date: 2026.03.20 18:32:23 +0530 2 dated 21.6.2010 and he joined the service on 1.7.2010. Learned counsel would further submit that after completion of 8 years of service, the petitioner should have been absorbed w.e.f. 1.7.2018 whereas he was absorbed w.e.f. 1.7.2019 and, therefore, he may be allowed to make a representation to respondent No.2 and the said respondent may be directed to consider and decide the same. 2. Prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is just and reasonable, which is not opposed by the other side. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to make a representation raising his grievance before respondent No.2 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which shall be considered and decided by respondent No.2 within a further period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file additional documents before respondent No2. 4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K.
