07.05.2026, that “the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the SHO, Srivilliputtur Town Police Station, weekly once on every Monday at 06.00 pm until further orders”.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by the concerned Court for almost nine weeks.
3. Considering the averments made in the petition and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District in Crl.M.P.No.1243 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
