The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instead of typing Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram, it has been inadvertently mentioned as Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram in the Petition. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for the amendment. 4. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order by replacing the word ‘Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram with ‘Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram’ in Crl.OP.No. 14178 of 2026 dated 12.06.2026 and issue fresh order copy by incorporating the above said changes. Two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready. 5.
