Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. It is submitted that no substantive relief has been sought against respondents 5 to 9, who are Government officials. 3. Leave under Section 80(2) CPC can be granted only when the suit is instituted to obtain urgent or immediate relief against the Government or a public officer. In the present case, neither the plaint nor the affidavit filed in support of this application discloses any urgent or immediate relief sought against respondents 5 to 9.
