By presenting this writ petition, petitioners express dissatisfaction with the manner of investigation being carried out in Duttapukur Police Station Case No.191 of 2024 dated 5th March, 2024. It is submitted that direction may be issued upon the concerned police authority to take necessary steps to take the investigation to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law. 3. Learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 29th September, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Duttapukur Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication is made over to learned advocate representing petitioners. 4. It is disclosed in the said communication that on completing investigation in Duttapukur Police Station Case No.191 of 2024 dated 5th March, 2024 charge- sheet dated 31st August, 2025 was filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. [2] 5. In view of filing of charge-sheet dated 31st August, 2025, no order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of. 6.
