Heard Ms. J.Preetam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr. R.Ramasamy, learned Counsel for the State, who takes notice on behalf of the third respondent. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sought the issuance of the requisite certificates. According to the learned counsel, despite the submission of the said representation, no orders have been passed till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the competent authority to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6. The learned Counsel for the State appearing for the third respondent has no serious objection to such a direction being issued. 7.
