By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 i.e. the IIC, Tirtol P.S. to complete the investigation and submit the Final Form. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the fact that the FIR in this case has been registered long since 2024 i.e. on 14.11.2024 under Sections 281/106 of the BNS. However, the Final Form has not yet been submitted. 4. Having regard to the fact and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the Opposite p. 2 Party No.4 is directed to ensure submissions of Final Form, if any, within a period of one month, if there be no other legal impediment. The Opposite Party No.3 i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Jagatsinghpur is also directed to examine the matter and pass appropriate instruction to the IIC concerned for early compliance. 5.
